Hi there—we're Chris and Emily, the heart behind Pawsome Outfitters.
We started this journey not just as a business, but as a calling. With a shared love for animals and a desire to be together more than our 9-to-5 lives allowed, we dreamed of building something bigger than ourselves—a family-run business rooted in purpose, love, and a whole lot of fur.
With Chris’s background in graphic design and customer relations, and Emily’s years of experience in pet grooming and boarding, we combined our talents (and our hearts) to create Pawsome Outfitters—a one-stop shop for pet lovers who want more than just another product. Here, you’ll find apparel and accessories that celebrate the special bond between pets and people, sprinkled with humor, packed with pride, and always made with care.
But we’re more than just a store.
We’re on a mission to help pets that need us the most. A portion of our proceeds goes directly to shelters, adoption organizations, the ASPCA, and the Humane Society. We also run product campaigns that support real needs in the rescue community—whether it’s warm beds, food drives, or medical funding.
We're also here to educate and support pet parents, especially the new ones, through helpful blog posts, behavior insights, and answers to the questions we once asked ourselves. From breed quirks to training tips, we're here to help you love and understand your furry family even more.

“From Broken to Beloved: Stories of Hope”
Gage, my big brown ride-or-die, was found by Animal Services tied to a tree with a nylon ski rope. He had been left there for weeks.
When I first saw him at the shelter, he had just 48 hours left before he was scheduled to be euthanized. I didn’t even know he was there—until I felt a gentle lick on my leg through the bars. I looked down and saw those soulful eyes staring back at me, and in that instant, I knew. He needed me.
Today, Gage isn’t just man’s best friend. He’s my best friend.
